Q. I suffer from large breast back pain. How can I remedy this?

A. Large breast back pain is common amongs women with overly large breasts. The upper torso sufffers from an asymmetrical pressure and due to the heavy load and pull on the spinal chord, the back begins to wear down and the ability to withstand excessive weight is decreased. Over time, woman will suffer from chronic back pain, neck pain and even some shoulder strain or discomfort. There are some therapuetic exercises and good posture techniques that you can try to help relief some of the tension. It is best to visit your doctor and make him or her aware of your condition before engaging in any workout routines. Most women consider breast reduction surgery or natural breast reduction pills inorder to permanently reduce their strains.

Q. How does Breast Reduction work? Is it Safe?

A. I am not an advocate of breast reduction surgery. To me going under the knife is never an option unless it is a life or death situation and even then I will always seek an alternative cure to the conditions. Breast reduction surgery involves a highly expensive procedure, usually not covered by your insurance, and can lead to certain side effects and risks. Basically, breast reduction surgery is done by a qualified surgeon who will make an incision around the shape of the breast, allowing the for the glandular tissues and excess fat to be removed. In many cases, the nipple will have to be moved to a higher location on your breasts which may result in a loss of feeling in the actual nipple or areola. The surgeon will do the best of their ability to ensure that your nipple remains attached to your blood vessels and nerves although this is not guaranteed and it is just one of the many risks you will have to take. Breast reduction patients have reported loss of feeling in their entire breasts, sores around the nipples, post surgery pain and discomfort which can last for a while, and even asymmetry between both breasts. If you are seriously considering breast reduction surgery, make sure to have a consoltation with your surgeon before hand and leave all of your questions and concerns on the table before you make your decision.

Q. Do natural breast reduction pills work?

A. For those who would rather seek an alternative breast reduction solution, you may want to look into breast reduction pills which are becoming more and more popular today. Breast reductions pills are made from 100% all natural ingredients. They are considered herbal supplements which have no reported side effects and allow your body to naturally reduce the amount of glandular tissues within the breasts.
